Most Holy Book of Baha’i Faith published in Norwegian

Britt Strandli-Thoresen, Kjell Austvoll, and Kitt Sanvik read excerpts from the Kitab-i-Aqdas during the ceremony at Beitostolen for the presentation of the Norwegian edition.

BEITOSTOLEN, Norway — The Baha’i book known as the Kitab-i-Aqdas, the “Most Holy Book,” has been published in Norwegian for the first time, bringing to nearly 30 the number of different language editions of the work.

The book, originally written in Arabic, was presented this month at a ceremony in Beitostolen attended by more than 300 Baha’is and their guests.

Growing number of translations available in Spanish

An international effort spanning several continents has produced the most comprehensive online source yet for Spanish translations of the Bahá'í sacred writings in electronic form.

Available at: http://bahaipanel.org, it is the most current set of Spanish translations according to members of the International Panel for Spanish Translations of Bahá'í Literature.
